Nosëz Zröntsö Ner (/ˈnosɛz/ /ˈzro˞ntso˞/ [healthy] [boyfriend]) is a temperate Town located in the Skruvnōk Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Nosëz Zröntsö Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Nosëz Zröntsö Ner was founded by Tsèdsí Nizanrel, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner has a yearly average temperature of 7°C (44°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold -12°C (11°F). Nosëz Zröntsö Ner receives an average of 203 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Nosëz Zröntsö Ner covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2400 m (7874 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1135, by Tsèdsí Nizanrel. The establishment of Nosëz Zröntsö Ner was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Tsèdsí Nizanrel electing to pay people to resettle in Nosëz Zröntsö Ner.
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nosëz Zröntsö Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of broad cobblestone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Nosëz Zröntsö Ner’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.

Cultural Notes
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is skipped in Nosëz Zröntsö Ner.
The Azer near Nosëz Zröntsö Ner are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves creating small tokens to channel Abjuration energies of tier 2 via speaking in tongues.

History
Nosëz Zröntsö Ner is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Nosëz Zröntsö Ner was attacked by a renegade group of the army. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Nosëz Zröntsö Ner lost 116 people, 306 livestock, and 66 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 42, when members of Nosëz Zröntsö Ner's militia enacted an operation to assassinate an enemy expert. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with the defense of the vault against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Nosëz Zröntsö Ner's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Nosëz Zröntsö Ner's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
